Returns & Exchanges

Once you press the "Place Order" button on the checkout page you have committed to purchase the item(s) selected.  Your credit card information is immediately sent to the bank for processing. All sales are final. Weapons World accepts returns only in the event we have shipped you the wrong item or the item arrived damaged. If we ship you the wrong item or an item arrives damaged you must notify Weapons World within 24 hours. You must keep all cartons, packaging material and paperwork.  We will provide detailed instructions after we receive your request. 

Returns / Exchanges - Weapons World does not offer exchanges. If you need to return an item you may do so within 30 days of purchase. Unless the item(s) was shipped by our mistake all returns are subject to a 20% return processing fee. Items considered for return must be in new , unopened, unused condition and complete. You must contact us by email, phone or the Contact Us page to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No return will be accepted without an RMA number. Any item sent to us without an RMA number will be refused. 

Cancellations - Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.  There are some very limited circumstances where we are able to void a transaction before it is processed at the bank. You must call or email us immediately so that we can attempt to void the order before it is batched by the bank.
